Though due to numerous unmonitored processes, there is always a chance that the product you achieve is not to your satisfaction. If or when that happens, feel free to go through our return and exchange policy. 

30 days Return Policy:

Galaxy Jackets understand all of the factors that could prevent you from looking less than fabulous. So when that happens, and you require a return, we provide you with a 30 days duration for return. However, this policy is only applicable if the item you got was defective in some way. This can most likely happen during transit. Order cancellation:

It’s normal to have second thoughts. And Galaxy Jackets is made in a manner that will tackle your needs. We understand that human nature inspires change. But you must understand that the ideal time to cancel your order is always within 24 hours. Any cancellation in 24 hours will result in a full return of the payment dispatched. However, if for any reason you are unable to cancel in 24 hours, then we suggest you have a read at the following.

  1. Canceling after 24 hours: A total of 30% of the rice of the item will be returned back to the customer.
  2. If the order is canceled 3 days before shipping, then 50% of the cost will be deducted.
  3. Any cancellation made after 3 days of confirmation of order will not be considered canceled.
  4. If the order cancellation is placed within 24 hours of placing the order, then 100% of the amount will be returned.

Exchange:

Galaxy Jacket provides a lot of flexibility in exchanging articles. Especially if you have received the wrong order. Our team will look after you if the order is defective. Feel free to send pictures of the defective article.
An important thing to notice is that any orders for exchange should be given within 7 days of receiving the article. In that case, if you get a parcel that is the incorrect size, we will give you a complete exchange without extra charges.

The return policy of galaxy jackets is very flexible. We have set up this policy so that no one’s time or money is ever wasted. Here is what you need to know about the return policy.

  1. The offer is not available to customers who order two products of the same color, size, or style.
  2. If your order is custom-made, this order will not be applicable for you since the order was designed specifically to fit you. 
  3. If the product has to be exchanged due to a change of opinion and the excuse is not due to a mistake of our own, then the cost of handling and shipping will fall onto your shoulders. The shipping cost will only be determined by the weight of the product. 
  4. If the tag on any of our items has been removed, no refund return or exchange requests will be entertained.
  5. Any return or exchange request will not be entertained if such requests are made 24 hours after receiving the product.
  6. The jackets that galaxy jackets supply are of premium quality. Everything from the color to the size and the stitch is made from the finest quality. So if you ever come across a product that does not satisfy you feel free to reach us. Our customer service providers would love to help.

Custom Duties:

We aren’t impervious to the fact that every country has different policies regarding their shipping and customs. Galaxy Jackets never charges any shipping fee because we don’t want you to be troubled with the hassle of shipping.
